Job description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales of our web hosting and related services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Clearly present Primacy Infotech's ERP solutions and services, addressing client pain points.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and generate leads through research, networking, and online/offline channels.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients in targeted industries.
- Client Meetings:
- Schedule and conduct a minimum of 3 client meetings per day (virtual or in-person).
- Present ERP solutions and customize pitches to align with client requirements.
- ERP Sales Expertise:
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of ERP software like Odoo, its benefits, and its applications.
- Provide clients with product demonstrations and explain technical features in layman’s terms.
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Contribute to improving sales strategies and offerings based on market feedback.
- Relationship Building:
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
- Serve as a point of contact for addressing queries and concerns related to ERP products.
- Sales Reporting & CRM:
- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM tools, including lead status and meeting details.
- Submit regular sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to the management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly Odoo (preferred).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Target-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure to meet sales goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Prior experience in software solution selling or B2B sales.
- Familiarity with industries such as manufacturing, retail, or FMCG.
- Knowledge of ERP modules like CRM, HR, Accounting, Manufacturing, etc.
