Position: ERP Sales Manager
Location: Kolkata
Experience: Minimum 4 years
Preferred Experience: Odoo ERP Sales
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for ERP solutions.
2. Business Requirement Analysis:
- Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements for potential clients.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
4. Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
- Work with the implementation team to ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and sales forecasts.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in ERP sales.
- Preferred experience in Odoo ERP sales.
- Strong understanding of business process automation and ERP solutions.
- Lite functional experience in ERP systems.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and propose effective solutions.
