Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with expertise in various modules, including Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Sales, Purchase Management, Human Resources, Manufacturing, and Project Management. The ideal candidate should have the ability to implement and support any of these modules effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and business processes to map them with Odoo functionalities.
  • Implement Odoo solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide end-to-end project support, from requirements gathering to system go-live.
  • Offer training and functional assistance to customers for optimal Odoo utilization.
  • Respond to support tickets and troubleshoot functional issues.
  • Deliver functional training sessions and prepare training materials.
  • Conduct module testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Prepare system design documentation and solution architecture.
  • Ensure seamless data migration and process transformation for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and updates for Odoo modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in Odoo functional consulting.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo modules, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, and Project Management.
  • Experience in analyzing customer requirements and documenting business processes.
  • Hands-on experience in system configuration, implementation, and testing.
