Odoo Business Analyst

 Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Odoo ERP implementation to join our team at Primacy Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful deployment and customization of Odoo ERP for various clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Odoo ERP implementations.
• Identify process improvements and provide functional solutions to meet client needs using Odoo’s various modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, etc.).
• Prepare detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and workflows to support the development and customization of Odoo ERP.
• Conduct GAP analysis to evaluate the current state versus the desired state and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that the functional requirements are correctly translated into technical solutions.
• Lead functional workshops, provide user training, and support the testing phases of Odoo projects.
• Ensure data migration accuracy and seamless integration of Odoo modules with third-party applications.
• Manage client communication and maintain strong relationships to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Provide post-implementation support and ongoing consulting services for clients to maximize the efficiency of Odoo ERP.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business analysis with specific expertise in Odoo ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, Purchase, HR, and others.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and GAP analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data migration and integration projects is a plus.
• Odoo certification is a plus.
