About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Trainee to join our ERP implementation team. As a trainee, you will learn to bridge the gap between client requirements and Odoo’s functionalities. This is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in ERP consulting.
Key Responsibilities:

Understand client business processes and gather requirements under the guidance of senior consultants.

Assist in the configuration and testing of various Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, etc.).

Help prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

Support in end-user training and go-live activities.

Participate in internal project meetings, documentation, and functional workshops.

Perform functional testing and report bugs to the technical team.

Provide first-level functional support to end-users during the training phase.
Key Learning Areas:

Functional understanding of Odoo ERP modules.

Business process mapping and gap analysis.

ERP project lifecycle and implementation methodology.

Client communication and requirement documentation.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong interest in ERP systems, business analysis, or IT consulting.

Basic understanding of business workflows like sales, procurement, and accounting.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Prior internship or project exposure to ERP or software implementation.

Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP platforms.

Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
