🎯 Role Overview
The Academic Manager will handle end-to-end academy operations:
✔ Academic coordination & trainer management
✔ Admissions, counselling & lead conversion
✔ Marketing, branding & growth activities
✔ College/university tie-ups
✔ Placement partnerships & student job readiness
✔ Revenue, batch growth & performance management
🧑💼 Key Responsibilities (Short)
🔹 Manage Odoo/AI/DM course operations
🔹 Plan batches, schedules & training quality
🔹 Convert enquiries → admissions
🔹 Execute marketing campaigns & events
🔹 Build college & corporate partnerships
🔹 Drive internships, placements & MIS reporting
🔹 Ensure SOP compliance & fee coordination
📌 Experience & Skills
🎓 Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
🕒 4–8 years in: academic management, EdTech, admissions, placements, college tie-ups, institute operations
💡 Skills: communication, operations, sales mindset, CRM, MS Office, relationship building, leadership

Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
