- We collect your real-time GPS location when the app is in use (foreground) and also when it runs in the background, to track your work routes, visits, and field activities.
- Location tracking helps your organization monitor attendance, job progress, and route efficiency during working hours only.
b. Camera Access
- The app accesses the camera solely for taking attendance photos or verification selfies during check-in and check-out.
- These images are used internally for attendance validation and are not shared with external parties.
c. Device and Log Information
- We collect non-personal device data such as mobile model, operating system, IP address, and network status to improve app functionality and troubleshoot technical issues.
d. Employment Information
- We store basic user details like name, phone number, employee ID, and department for identification within the system.

We collect this information to:
- Track field employee movements during working hours.
- Enable accurate GPS-based attendance.
- Record and verify check-in/check-out using camera and location.

The Field Pro app uses background services to record location data even when the app is closed or not in active use.
